Carol's background

I worked in media for 12 years in high profile advertising companies: Lintas, JWT, CDP and PHD. I reached Business Director Level and ran several teams of people.

I left to work as a head hunter for 2 years before setting up Fox Haynes Media Headhunters in 1996.

I discovered my true calling 20 years ago and have worked as an executive coach and life coach since then. I work with individuals and teams of people with the aim of them achieving their best performance in any environment.

I am also enjoying great success working with graduates coming to the job market and mothers wanting to return to work having had time out to look after their children.

Issues around self motivation and removing obstacles for achieving goals are central to my portfolio. Through my company Fox Vision I have delivered more than 12,000 coaching hours. My intention with Carol Fox coaching is to offer affordable highly experienced coaching to as many people as possible.

Confidence building, communication skills, increased motivation, management and leadership skills, career planning, removing obstacles, business planning, work/life balance, time management, general organisation, and interview training are some of the areas that I work around.

My coaching style is incisive, supportive, challenging and gets results fast.

I am an NLP practitioner and I am currently studying for a psyschology degree with the OU. A year ago I completed an introduction to counselling and psychotherapy certificate with WPF.

I am also qualified to deliver Emergenetics psychometric profiling (www.emergenetics.com). This profiling gives individuals and teams fantastic insight as to how they think and behave and work together.
